    All three of our smoothies were incredibly watered down?! We’ve eaten at many other tropical smoothie cafés and quite like them. Not sure what they are doing wrong here.

    So let me tell you about my experience at this tropical smoothie on a random week day I walked in an the servers didn’t acknowledge me no hello, how you doing or nothing I let it slide the first time still ordered waited for my order next thing I hear a different kind of woman walks in an they both acknowledge her an I was genuinely offended because it was the fact that now I know you have manners but you choose to have manors depending on the person an with that case I will never be coming back an spending my hard earned money !!

    Smoothies are always good and their pesto chicken flatbread is SO GOOD. I will say they are over priced and the staff is very young and does not always greet customers and get to busy with their own side conversations

    Employees can’t follow recipe instructions. Smoothies are half full and taste like dog water. Don’t waste your money…

    A coworker and I went to Tropical Smoothie Cafe for lunch on a Friday. The restaurant was clean, had an open and modern layout. It was my first time visiting a tropical smoothie cafe and I was impressed! The service was terrific - the young woman that took our order was friendly, warm, and helpful. The food was fresh & yummy. The smoothie was delicious & all I've been able to think about since is how do I get back for more?!
