- CHcolleen hutchersonDec 31, 20251.0I went here with my best-friend, we ordered two smash burgers and Arron took our order, we drive off only to find out we have two cheese burgers, mind you, orders take forever, we had to go back into the drive through and ask, the employee most likely asked for a manager, what I assume the manger to be came to the window and said “receipt?” So rude. Then said “it said two cheeseburgers” we know what we ordered, kept slamming and disappearing from the window at that.

Corporate doesn't care about complaints, and employees (especially managers) are rude! Don't waste your time or money, there's plenty of places within the area where both the food's better and you're treated better!

- PDPrincess DupreeOct 30, 20251.0On 10/29/25, my 7 year old grandson and I decided we wanted chicken tenders kids meals from sonic. I purchased 3 chicken tenders meals around 5:30 ish pm. We ate them and by 7 pm, my grandson and I had diarrhea, nausea, severe stomach pains and headaches. We had a horrible night, and are off to the emergency room this morning. Sonic you lost a good customer!!! Your chicken isn’t safe to eat.The location of this Sonic is in Belair Maryland.
