- SFShane Fifer1 day ago5.0I always get the prime rib if I come to outback I've had it many times it is always cooked perfectly medium rare and it comes out to you really quickly honestly it's one of the best steaks you can get for under 60$ I always go off of prime lunch or dinner time but still very quick to your table and the servers are always very attentive but respectful of your time and don't "overstay their visit" and it never feels like they are to busy for you

There was a gentleman walking around offering a free sample. I’ve never seen that before. I ordered the sirloin and rib combo and it was cooked very well. To finalize my meal the cheesecake desert was larger than expected and worth the price. Thank you Steve and manager Mike for a wonderful experience.

I ordered two salads, part of a gluten-free dinner, and specified UN the online orderly that there should be croutons on the side. One salad came with croutons on the side and the other had croutons on it for my curbside take away order. They don’t make mistakes like this often, but they do make them and you need to double check what they do. See photo of the salads, the ordering instructions, and the in-resturant printout on the salad containers. I called at Outback to let them know the order was done incorrectly, and they will comped me for it on my next visit here. I was told, however, that, even though I specifically did an online order with the gluten-free and no croutons, I was told that no one saw that on both salads so one was prepped with croutons and one without. That sort of means doing online ordering with the Outback app doesn’t get seen by a human to read? That explanation did not make sense to me.
