    If I could rate this location a 0 I would...the staff are very unprofessional..food is always cold or just wrong!

    The franchise owner is so cheap. No napkins offered on the floor. The only way to find out prices of food is by using the kiosk, and it’s clear that the owner after remodeled tried to make ordering through them. There is a single cash register that employees seem to dread taking your order through and they just recently put out a menu but again, no prices listed. The place was absolutely filthy today, 7pm on a Sunday with only a few patrons. I can’t believe that the company would let the franchise owner maintain the lowest level of service possible.

    called me slurs and opened my drink and poured it in my meal also was missing my burger and straw and my fries tasted raw and mushy

    Food is okay but, the lady I have the video is actively not using gloves and eating people’s food out the bag. Will upload pictures when allowed.

    app glitched and then they tried to make me pay for my order again. they did get the food to me for the same price. but the service was extremely unprofessional and make me late to get back to work for my break
