  Don't bother using the app. All that order while there get their food faster!!! It's been my experience 80% of the time. Food is never ready even when placed 20 minutes prior. Horrible!!! I received a complimentary food item coupon that was already expired too...lol Maybe they will honor but I can see that being a problem as well.

  12/4/2025 4:10pm I was told by a manager I had to order from a kiosk, but I was paying cash. I understand I can order from it but either way I have to pay at the counter. Instead I just walked out. Wasn’t even busy inside. Blonde woman was the manager, she needs to learn how to provide service. Just went to the Chick-Fil-A down the street 2 minutes instead and didn’t have to wait at all.

  I’m not sure what’s up but people that work here just act like talking to customers is the worse thing ever. Service is awful. Food is alright for fast food. But you should get better quality with the prices we pay. So skimpy on condiments and other things. The manager is wonderful but there’s a few employees there that could work better on their servicing skills. Edited to add: the app is annoying as hell. Shows everything as “in stock” but apparently it won’t tell you it’s not and you paid for food that doesn’t exist or was ever even made. I sat at McDonald’s for a half hour waiting on one pumpkin coffee. App said it was ready. I get there and come to find out, some snobby worker named Heather rudely informed me they were out of pumpkin and have been for a while. Ok cool, don’t be rude first off. And second, your app needs to be updated if that’s the case.
