I want to start by saying I have come here specifically to talk about my most recent experience, which was far worse than my normal experience. I have tried to strike a balance between the two with the stars, as I can not limit them to this one time. My normal experience is a full 5 stars for food and a 4 for service. That said, my experience today I would put at a 2 for service. I ordered a 32 count of parmesain (I can not spell this word, sorry) bread bites, an additional 16 count of parmesian bread bites, and a 16 count of the new garlic bites. I had never had those before and wanted to try them. I intentionally ordered only a 16 count because I had never had them before and didn't know if I would like them. The first employee came to my car to give me my order. I was confused that she had only 2 boxes. When I asked, she said that since I ordered 2 16 counts, they had been combined. Now, this would have been fine--if I had ordered 2 of the same 16 counts. I hadn't. I had ordered one of parmesian and one of garlic bread bites. My first thought was that perhaps they had managedcto squeeze my 16 parmesian bread bites in with the other 32, so that one box would hold 48 parmesian bread bites and the other would hold 16 garlic bread bites. That would have been fine. I tried to ask the first employee if that was what happened. She shortly got confused and went to ask the one who had done the combining. This second employee came out. I repeated the question. She told me that wasn't what she had done, both boxes had 32 bread bites. After many attempts to rephrase the question on my part, nd repeating her explanation on her part, I finally got a straight answer that she had given me a box with a 32 count of garlic bread bites. This was unacceptable to me. It was not what I had ordered, and I didn't even know if I would like the garlic bread bites. She insisted that the garlic bread bites and the parmesian bread bites were the same thing, one just had an extra shake of parmesian. Having never had the garlic bread bites before, and already knowing I absolutely adored the parmesian bread bites, I was absolutely not willing to trust that the addition of another ingredient didn't change the taste. I had to argue with the second employee for several minutes begore she conceded to give me what I had actually ordered. Things ended with me thanking her for giving me what I had actually ordered (in those words) and with her walking away from my car snapping that they're the same thing (also in those words). Now, I will admit I did end up enjoying the garlic bread bites almost as much as the parmesian bread bites. But I had know waybof knowing that would be the case at the time and I placed my order accordingly. I will say the first employee was lovely. But if this had been my first experience at this location, or even if I had had a single other bad experience at this locatoon, I would not be coming back. As it is, I am willing to hope this is a one-off and will return in the future. I will not be ordering garlic bread nites ahain though. Not only do I not like them quite as much, they now have a bad experience associated with them.

Almost NEVER get my order right with the garlic crust option... And don't try to pay with large bills, they think anything bigger than a $1 bill is counterfeit.
