I spent over $70 on multiple burritos and a chicken bowl, and every single item was missing at least 70% of the meat—my bowl had 2–3 pieces of chicken total. I brought it back completely untouched just to show there was basically no protein, and Marian flat-out refused to even look at the bowl. Instead, she raised her voice, cut me off, and insisted she “doesn’t make mistakes.” What made it worse was how embarrassed her own employees looked—they were apologizing to me while she waved them off and walked away, telling them to give me a tiny condiment cup of chicken. When the staff are more mature and professional than the manager, there’s a real problem. Portions and attitude were both terrible. Avoid having her make your order.
