I usually have no issues but the reoccurring issue is with this short hispanic female that is at the register. Each and every time i’ve came in there she’s extremely rude and gives customers dirty looks. I’ve asked for sides like sour cream, etc and each time she’s rolled her eyes and spoke no words. I wouldn’t be writing this if it wasn’t a constant issue with her and i’ve seen no changes since she’s worked there. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t treat people with respect and kindness!! Each and everytime i treat her with respect and have seen no difference in her behavior. Chipotle do something about this it isn’t a good representation of your company.
