Instead, she raised her voice, cut me off, and insisted she “doesn’t make mistakes.” What made it worse was how embarrassed her own employees looked—they were apologizing to me while she waved them off and walked away, telling them to give me a tiny condiment cup of chicken. When the staff are more mature and professional than the manager, there’s a real problem. Portions and attitude were both terrible. Avoid having her make your order.

It’s almost like the employees are trained to barely fill the spoon, then they look at you crazy when you ask for a little more. They’re usually out of food and utensils, they don’t tell you they’re out of ice before you pay $3 for a drink either. The final straw was tonight when the girl was more worried about rushing than listening to what I asked for and put the wrong topping in my bowl…after waiting in line so long I didn’t even bother asking her to remake it. Not worth waiting in the long line or paying $14 for a bowl that isn’t even filled. I’ll stick to Qdoba until this location is better managed.

Tons of sour cream but barely any chicken! The lunch I couldn’t eat because I hate sour cream or go back to get fixed. Mistakes happen but how do you put a topping that’s not even on the order slip in the bowl.
