Genuinely love everything about this establishment! Always cleans, food is always fresh and employees are lovely! Trinity especially takes the time to learn and organize my order and shows how much she loves her job and i appreciate her and the whole staff!

I had an amazing experience at CAVA. The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Everything tasted amazing and high quality. Daniel and the rest of the staff provided exceptional service, and were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Sunday February 23 I was served by a night shift team. I was given my bowl made sloppy and tossed around around. Then I was given my food without a bag or my side and when I asked about the service another worker came and told me to get out. Then when the supervisor or manager came out she did not try to solve the problem. And the 3 of them were teaming up on me. Edit: I have seen your reply, I know it was snowing but there was no sign on the door saying you where closing early and when I walked in I asked a lady weather they where closed or not and she said they where not. So I waited about 5 minutes to get my order taken while she was walking around doing other stuff. And I was not given a plastic bag and a side. Also I had paid for my food and I was not getting proper costumer service so I have a right to get mad. And next time try to have someone who is able to solve the problem and Who is trend in well customer service!!!

I visited CAVA in Bel Air on a very busy Thursday night, and I was blown away by the service. Despite the crowd, Keith, Abby, Trinity, and Jadon were absolutely fantastic. They handled the rush with total professionalism, stayed incredibly friendly, and made sure every bowl was prepared perfectly.
The food was spectacular—everything was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot. It’s rare to see a team work so well together under pressure. Big thanks to the crew for making a hectic night feel like a breeze. I’ll definitely be back!

I've ordered online from here twice now and both times have been disappointing. The rice and meat is cold and theres usually way too much dressing even if I only choose one. Today I ordered on my phone, arrived ten minutes later, and still had to stand and wait for my food for 15 minutes after telling them the name of my order. There was maybe 2 other customers in the building when I got there, there wasn't no way it should have taken 35 minutes to make a rice bowl.
