  el ambiente es hermoso y la comida muy buena pero una mala experiencia con la mesera Riley que estuvo muy mal educada y casi no hizo sentir mal por nuestra nacionalidad latina y dificultad en el hablar el inglés.

  This place is trash , service is horrible. Walked in got seated. Ordered our drinks. 2 partys came in after us . Ordered their drinks ,their appetizers, got their stuff right away. Meanwhile we were still sitting there without our drinks . We got up and waked out . I guess they didnt want our bussiness. Which surprised me because they were slow .

  Showed up the day after a snowstorm and was honestly blown away. Our bartender, Val, was phenomenal as usual, but what made it even more impressive was that no other FOH staff showed up. She handled both the bar and the entire dining room like a pro. BOH apparently didn’t make it in either, and the managers truly led by example by jumping into the kitchen themselves. Despite a crowded day and tough circumstances, the food was great and the service never skipped a beat. Huge respect to this team for stepping up and delivering an excellent experience.

  Edit- I tried contacting through email and the app and no response from anyone at all!! Thank you for proving my point in this review!! Absolutely horrible all around!! Placed an order for a 6:30 pick up! Get there a little early and the girl says they’ll start making it give them 6:30/6:45 for pick up 6:45 comes and goes with no one in sight to help myself or others at this point. 7:05 I start walking around the restaurant to which one server pointed me to the pick up area where I just came from! Flag down someone else to have someone meet me over there! Finally 7:15 I received my food 45 minutes late!!!’ Food wasn’t great! One of my boneless wings was an incorrect flavor and the fried pickles were not cooked properly! Absolutely horrible service and food!

  Idk what the problem here is but its the 2nd time Ive been here service is slow. 30 mins for an appetizer is insane. Then when my server decides to show up she says the kitchens backed up BS. It doesnt take but 10 mins to fry pickles and 2 to make a Ceasar salad. And when I do get my pickles its like a half portion( see photo) Anothet 60 mins to get my salad wings. Salad was dead from sitting and wings were cold. Not room temp but still partially frozen All this after the table behind us came in 10 mins after us and ordered just apps after we ordered our whole meal. No manager visits no apologies no comps. Doubt Ill ever come back here. EDIT: 1/24/26. ***** this visit. After my 1st review, Corporate reached out and manager sent a gift certificate. Went for UFC event and Im glad I did. Sat at a bar table and the blond bartender was "over the top" superb. I didnt catch her name but her level of service is extra ordinary for any establishment.
