Did not receive the food I ordered online. Shouldn't be that hard to order food online and actually receive what you ordered.

Stopped in yesterday, we had three orders of wings. (2) Orders came out way over cooked, and somehow cold and one of those orders was sent back because it was to salty to even eat. The service was "fine", but there was an emergency fill-in for the bartender, who was not getting the support from theamaget that he desperately needed.

If you wanna go to a restaurant and be completely ignored for 30 minutes. This is the place for you. It wasn't even busy. Waiter was rude. Only brought us water and a tea. Then never came back to the table.

This was a pick up carry-out order. I entered the door labeled for take-out. The young lady at the counter failed to greet me in any way. She just stood there and looked at me. When I told her the name the order was under, she continued to just look at me then finally said "What?" I repeated the name and she looked confused and walked to the back or the kitchen or over to the main restaurant. I guess she was checking on the order. She didn't say anything like "I'll check on that for you." She just walked out. She came back after a couple minutes and pointed at another counter that had bags on it, but was otherwise unmarked and without instructions that customers may check for their orders there - and it was located beyond where the person working there was standing. So I didn't even notice it when I first came in. She asked if I checked there? At that same moment, another woman came out asking the same thing and looking for the name I gave the first woman. The order was there. I took the bag and turned to leave, and I said "Thank you. Have a good evening." The second employee had already left, but the first employee said nothing in reply. I looked at her and said it again. She said nothing. I then asked "Are you for real?" She finally said "What?" as if to say what did I do that you would ask me that. I just left, but I should have asked to see her manager. The food was good enough. We got two orders of traditional wings. One order of 10 wings was requested to be all flats. The other order was for 15 wings, mixed flats and drums - not all drums. The flats order was as requested, but the mixed order only had 3 flats. I would expect a more balanced mix, or I would have ordered all drums. That's it. Food was typically okay/good. Take-out service was horrid. Hit and miss, but for $45 for 25 wing pieces, customers deserve better on both parts.

Got finished up at a doctors appointment and was looking for a place to eat, saw bdubs and was excited to eat here but as soon as me and my finance and my daughter got in there it was horrible. No one greeted us. No one helped us out with a table and the guy working there just pointed at a table with no words just pointed at a table to sit at like we were annoying him by walking in. We waited for five minutes and nothing…no response,no drinks no anything. Had 1 guy serving tables that didn’t care to be there with only having 4 tables of customers prior to us walking in. I never seen an establishment so unprofessional and so underprepared in my life. We quickly grabbed our 6 week old little girl and left to go to chipotle so we can actually be served food to eat. Never ever come to this place!!!!!!
