Boy is this place crazy busy on Fri & Sat nights; yet they still manage to have your order ready (or close to) the promised time of PU. Unfortunately it seems like they're food is taking a dive. So their buffalo wings, since they 1st put them on the menu (I remember), WERE an avg size-BUT judging by tonight's bw's, it looks like they've switched to pigeon legs. The good thing is that the people that work there are on the ball & deal w/ customers well.

Four Minutes of Dead Silence, a Dial Tone, and a "Sorry" That Didn't Come With Anything Attached to It Two weeks. Two orders. Two pan pizzas with the same toppings. Both times: perfect.Last night: same order, same store, doughy undercooked crust and wrong toppings.I called the store like any reasonable customer would. The manager on duty -- and I use that title loosely -- refused to tell me his name. Not because he was distracted. Not because he forgot it. He looked me dead in the ear and said his name was "Store Manager." That was his answer. To a paying customer. With a legitimate complaint in hand. What followed was not an apology. Not an offer to remake the pizzas. Not a coupon, a soda credit, a free dessert, a single syllable of acknowledgment that I had spent my money at this location and received something inedible in return. What followed was four minutes of complete dead silence -- and then a dial tone. He hung up on me.Before he disconnected, he refused to tell me the general manager's name. Refused to tell me when the general manager would be working. Made absolutely no offer to have anyone with authority call me back. He provided nothing -- no name, no answers, no path forward, no basic human courtesy -- and then ended the call. I had to call back entirely on my own initiative. That is the only reason I know the general manager's name is Jerry at all.So I reach Jerry. To his credit, Jerry apologized and offered to remake the pizzas. That is the minimum acceptable response and he got there -- eventually -- after I did all the work of tracking him down myself following his employee's hang-up.But here is where Jerry also fell short: not a single word about the hassle. No acknowledgment that I had just been hung up on. No recognition that I had to call back on my own just to reach a manager who could string together a basic customer service response. No offer of anything -- a free dessert, a soda, a coupon, two dollars worth of goodwill -- to acknowledge that my time was wasted and my experience was genuinely terrible from start to finish. An apology and a remake are the floor. They are what you do when you mess up an order. They are not compensation for being hung up on, stonewalled, and forced to do your own escalation work. Jerry cleared the floor and stopped there.Jerry also explained that my prior two correct orders worked because staff ran them through an extra half oven cycle, and last night's crew skipped that step -- which he connected to the number of toppings I selected. Toppings that your own website allowed me to order without a single warning or restriction. That is a training failure dressed up as a customer explanation.I have submitted a formal complaint to Domino's corporate requesting district manager contact information and a written response. I will update this review if anyone with actual authority responds.Zero stars for the overall experience. This location has a management problem, not a topping problem.

The manager is a very kind and caring guy. He went out of his way to ensure that our order was cooked to perfection. Always consistently good food.

Delivery driver received beyond specific instructions. Leave at door and don’t knock or ring bell. Instead this didn’t happen and when he didn’t like the tip, he tore up the receipt on the way to his vehicle. Plenty of camera footage from my home to validate.

I want to start by saying I have come here specifically to talk about my most recent experience, which was far worse than my normal experience. I have tried to strike a balance between the two with the stars, as I can not limit them to this one time. My normal experience is a full 5 stars for food and a 4 for service. That said, my experience today I would put at a 2 for service. I ordered a 32 count of parmesain (I can not spell this word, sorry) bread bites, an additional 16 count of parmesian bread bites, and a 16 count of the new garlic bites. I had never had those before and wanted to try them. I intentionally ordered only a 16 count because I had never had them before and didn't know if I would like them. The first employee came to my car to give me my order. I was confused that she had only 2 boxes. When I asked, she said that since I ordered 2 16 counts, they had been combined. Now, this would have been fine--if I had ordered 2 of the same 16 counts. I hadn't. I had ordered one of parmesian and one of garlic bread bites. My first thought was that perhaps they had managedcto squeeze my 16 parmesian bread bites in with the other 32, so that one box would hold 48 parmesian bread bites and the other would hold 16 garlic bread bites. That would have been fine. I tried to ask the first employee if that was what happened. She shortly got confused and went to ask the one who had done the combining. This second employee came out. I repeated the question. She told me that wasn't what she had done, both boxes had 32 bread bites. After many attempts to rephrase the question on my part, nd repeating her explanation on her part, I finally got a straight answer that she had given me a box with a 32 count of garlic bread bites. This was unacceptable to me. It was not what I had ordered, and I didn't even know if I would like the garlic bread bites. She insisted that the garlic bread bites and the parmesian bread bites were the same thing, one just had an extra shake of parmesian. Having never had the garlic bread bites before, and already knowing I absolutely adored the parmesian bread bites, I was absolutely not willing to trust that the addition of another ingredient didn't change the taste. I had to argue with the second employee for several minutes begore she conceded to give me what I had actually ordered. Things ended with me thanking her for giving me what I had actually ordered (in those words) and with her walking away from my car snapping that they're the same thing (also in those words). Now, I will admit I did end up enjoying the garlic bread bites almost as much as the parmesian bread bites. But I had know waybof knowing that would be the case at the time and I placed my order accordingly. I will say the first employee was lovely. But if this had been my first experience at this location, or even if I had had a single other bad experience at this locatoon, I would not be coming back. As it is, I am willing to hope this is a one-off and will return in the future. I will not be ordering garlic bread nites ahain though. Not only do I not like them quite as much, they now have a bad experience associated with them.
