Let me add, she can barely walk and was so excited to get her cone. The lady asked with type of cone I wanted and I told her I was going to pull to the window and asked if she could show my grandma the two type of cones she has available and what’s next got me baffled… it seems like she went to the supervisor to see if she can show me the cones and then she comes to the window to tell me, her supervisor said that if I want to see the cones variations I should go to their website, see for myself and then go inside the store to purchase what I want. Are you serious? Is it that freaking difficult to show a grandma the two types of cone so she can pick what she wants? She took longer sending me to the website than what she would have took to show me the cones… this place can go to hell… this is unacceptable… We drove so far for this???? unfreaking believable🤦🏻♀️we left, and I took my grandma elsewhere….

Get there 5min before closing and i sat in drive thru for a bit after no respinse from speaker i park and go to walk in. They locked the doors and i asked if i could just get 2 black coffees hot, cold didnt matter which. The one guy just used his hands to close them together indicating closed. Okay cool no problem kind of ignorant but whatever. Get back into my car closer to papa John's and a lady pulls up and I tell her they are closed we just missed them. She goes to door anyway and holds up her cup indicating she just wants a refill of coffee no cream or sugar at first they said closed but then they tell her to walk over to drive thru window and they give her coffee. I am a white guy, who they refused to help before closing and this lady shows up as I was about to pull off and she gets helped and coffee. This place has became extremely prejudice and this is not the first time I have felt and seen them act like this but will be the last due to the disgusting culture of prejudice & racism at this location.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
