  My gosh, if I could get this place zero stars I would because every time I come here, the customer service is garbage and there's never any food. Why are y'all even open actually shut it down and make it something else.

  I had a late night craving for a Frosty as I pull up to the drive-thru window there are two young employees outside lighting up a joint now the whole inside of my car smells like marijuana which is not good as I am a certified school bus driver. I'm not saying that I don't think people should be allowed to smoke weed it's been proven that in some cases it is medically beneficial. But there is a time and place for everything. I often don't believe that your daily smoker understands the repercussions is somebody in a sensitive job comes to work or they're inside of their car smells like weed. Would you want Willie Nelson or Snoop Dogg to fly the plane for example you certainly would not want to trust me under the influence of weed to drive a school bus full of disabled children. Please tell the employees that a smoking weed is so important and crucial to them that they have to do it on the job then they need to get a job where it is appropriate. Thanks

  This Wendy’s RT 40 Catonsville is horrible. In the last 3 times we have gone, 2 of the times no one came to the drive thru window for service. So we had to leave. Tonight we got rock hard fries and half were stuck together. Employee banging pots together while we were waiting for food.. insane

  This is the most garbage Wendy’s I’ve ever had. Everything was as hard as a rock staff was very disappointing and rude!!!!! Never waste your time or money at this garbage location
