  I got burnt pattys at first. But they did replace them with no problems. Appreciate that. Over all experience was pretty good.

  They forgot the toy in the kid’s meal and didn’t give me remotely the correct burger. I had previous okay experiences here but the service is just too poor to bother anymore.

  I've been going to this Wendy's for going on 28 years. This last time was probably the worst. With no one in line or in the restaurant, I ordered my mother a Panko fish sandwich and my daughter nuggets and fries. 1 minute later, the bag with just the fish sandwich was there. I had to park and go in. Don't get me wrong, everyone still enjoyed their food. I just feel as though the quality has gone downhill and the price has astronomically skyrocketed.

  SERVICE WAS REALLY GOID and ZPLEASANT. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS MADE FRESH. NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WHETHER I EAT IN OR DO THE DRIVE THRU. MY ONLY HRIPES WITH THIS LOCATION, THE DINJNG AREA ISN'T THE CLEANEST and THE DRIVE THRU & PARKING AREAS ARE TIGHT! BE CAREFUL BACKING OUT OF SPOTS OR PULLING INTO THE DRIVE THRU.

  100% the undisputed worst fast food establishment you'll find this side of the Great Mississippi River and beyond. They've earned that title over years of consistently choosing to either not be open when they should be (or, ridiculously, not have a headset on until you call them after sitting in the drive-thru for as long as you can be polite). Choose to have food from here delivered at your own risk. If I'm being generous, they will mess up your order at only a 50% rate. If paying a DoorDash fee and it's socially acceptable for you to tip people, only to get "surprised" by things you didn't order or request an item to hold, or add an ingredient considered a suggestion, then enjoy wasting your money. Do yourself a solid and head down Joppa Rd for about 2 miles, and go to the one not committed to substandard service. I can only assume they aren't owned by the same franchisee. That said, this establishment has never failed to produce a frosty due to mechanical failure, so there's that going for them 🤷‍♂️ I have spoken.
