  A decent value (if you order biggie bags)...but $50 for each nugget sauce is ridiculous.

  My Daughter told me to stop going to this Wendy’s location at E. Joppa Rd. . Last Wednesday it was the change of shift at 2:55PM and the drive thru employee asked me to hold on for few minutes, which turned into 10 minutes before iI drove away. Because, that’s definitely not fast food service . Tonight I tried to order a chocolate Frosty through the drive thru window. Of course another problem. We ran out of the “Chocolate Frosty Mix.” The drive through line was backed up, which I don’t understand why??? The customer service is HORRIBLE. This restaurant should be CLOSED or Management needs to Change ASAP. I can’t post about the food quality, because I can’t ever purchase food, because not able complete any food purchases. This Wendy’s needs to learn customer service from a Chick-fil-A restaurant.Don’t waste your time going through this drive thru window. I’m sure walk in service is also Poor Service.

  I dont know how many people working here, but very very slow and at least waiting time was 30min. I arrived 12:35 and now 12:58, but still 3 more cars waiting in front of me. Crazy won't coming back

  I used to go here all hours when it was 24 hours. But I went on this Saturday night at 11:40. My order was 2 biggie bags( double burger for one and Jr bacon cheese for the other. 10 piece nugget meal large extra fry. The order came to me with just the nuggets and a medium fry I stopped before I pulled away from the window and they asked me to pull forward When the manager BRIAN, came to the car with the "corrected" order he handed me a bag and turned and walked away before I could check it. Upon checking it I was still missing the medium fry, burger and a nugget I told him I had 2 biggie bags and he yelled I only got 1. Then he said let me check the receipt. Upon that I got out the car and walked to the windows since nobody else was in line at the time. But he yelled about customers. The young lady in the windows was great. But Brian had an attitude that was unnecessary. After this I was handed the rest of my order and went on my way.
