  4.18.26 Good customer service but truly one of the consistently filthest fast food places I've ever visited its secondary to the McDonald's that use to be (it closed) in Penn Station in Newark, NJ. The parking lot is cleaner than the inside of the restaurant. :0(

  I came tonight to pick up two orders. The staff was smoking behind the kitchen and at the same time touching the food they do not use. Hygienic measures to work are super late. Abusive people and criminals do not recommend it. It is a disgusting restaurant.

  I ride to this location because it's clean the service is reliable but unfortunately it takes 1 time to have a bad experience and that's all it takes for me. I came here to get the Combo #7 which is the baconator. I know from working at Wendy's as a teen when they sold chicken that all burgers are made to order. The meat is never frozen which gives you a FRESH beef patties with every order. The sandwich was OLD the burger was dry and the bread was hard. I was highly disappointed and enraged because of the drive. I was not wasting my time calling nor going back. I didn't feel like being combative over a burger. I came through the drive through I was the only car so it was no need to rush. And clearly the burger had been sitting there. Maybe they kept it because of a wrong order. Either way it's wrong. So before pulling off check your food and assure it's to your 100% satisfaction. I'll go to the Wendy's on Martin Luther and McCullough St for here on out. Sometimes the inconvenience ends up being of convenience.
