  I haven't gone to this Wendy's in a long time because in the past when I've gone there the food was terrible it's always extremely dry and overcooked and tasteless but it's been a few years since I've been there and I decided to give it another try but nothing has changed I got a baconator it cost over $15 for this sandwich and first of all it's so cheap, when I saw the rapper it was so small I thought it was a junior burger the bacon they use is shaved it's so thin you can see through it. The picture they show of it has bacon bursting out of all sides but they only put two broken up pieces on it so you can't even see it from the outside you have to open the sandwich to see if there is even bacon on it and the meat patties are so dry they're literally crumbling in the bun, The bun is so stale it's crumbling too, and is literally almost no condiments on it, you don't even have to bite it because it's falling apart it's so dry and when I tried to eat it I had to have something to drink constantly to keep from choking trying to get it down because it's so dry. I will never go back here again I can't believe Wendy's has gotten so bad I used to love Wendy's food they used to have the best burgers but this place is trash.

  Great customer service and they were very fast at making my order without any mistakes. The employee Ashleigh who took my order was very nice and polite and patient with me and really helped explain what all I could get with my order which was very very helpful,she needs a raise and a promotion because the manager was being very nasty and mean to the employee Ashleigh but Ashleigh stayed positive and professional.

  I waited 30 mins in line just to be told they were out of salad. They definitely need to hire some more help for the night shift.

  They don’t update that they’re not making dinner at a certain time and waste everyone’s time.
