- XNxo.k nbJan 6, 20261.0picked up my order at back river neck location at 12pm today on 1/6/26 and there was a hair in my food stuck between the meat. i also noticed the lady that made my sub had no hair net on or hat? my hair is blonde and that’s clearly a brown or darker colored hair. when i tried getting it out it was toasted into the sub and the hair snapped. i’m so disappointed bc i work near by and picked up on my break and was unable to bring it back for a remade sandwich
