  This location continues to be quite the black sheep of the family. No matter what time of day, there's always something odd going on in or around this particular store. My last trip shouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes, yet I somehow enefed up there for 15 minutes. All I wanted to do was exchange one empty 5 gallon water jug fir a full one. The part that truly sucks is the factvthat the filtered water machines at the front of the store NEVER seem to be working. Its been MONTHS.

  The worst Safeway I’ve ever been to in my life. It’s crazy because Safeways were always held to the highest standard growing up. I avoid it at all costs, last minute resort type. The parking lot is actually disgusting, it’s always filled with so much trash. The flowers are always dying!? And they have the audacity to sell them at full price. Make that make sense?! The refrigerated produce is always sub par. I will say the inside of the Safeway is not dirty or disorganized. I actually feel comfortable purchasing items when needed. The employees are a good help, but for some reason, they always have maximum two employees working at the cashier. Every interaction I’ve had with the Safeway employees has been ok. And omg, 2/5 times I’ve gone somebody is always stealing?!? I know the store can’t help that part but I would like to see what the store is working on implementing to minimize that experience for its shoppers. I’m very interested to see this store improve in the near future.

  Hi my name is Michelle Shipman Pointer. I ordered a birthday cake for my granddaughter. What was delivered wasn’t completely correct. The picture below isn’t quite right. I called the store and spoke with the representative who handles the online orders and delivery by the name of Diana. She was very professional and cared about my concerns. She personally took care of the situation and made sure she fixed the problem immediately. I am very grateful that she was so caring to ensure I received something similar to what I ordered. She even expedited the second delivery of the cake. She deserves a BRAVO for her service. Thank you Diana for your caring service.

  This is the ready made to eat Subs. This is the only Safeway that doesn’t put the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on there like it’s supposed to be. The ingredients is on the paper receipt when you buy the sandwiches. What’s going on with the deli? None of the sandwiches come with the fixes they’re supposed to be on top of them. The only one that come with the fixes that’s supposed to be on there is the ones you can see in the clear boxes.

  This Safeway has some of the most unhelpful staff I’ve come across in Baltimore. Any time you ask for assistance, it seems to be treated like an inconvenience. The Coinstar machine is almost always unavailable. It’s not broken, just closed, which makes it seem like they simply don’t want to deal with it. At other Safeway locations the machine is usually open and working, but here it’s completely unreliable. Because of that, it’s hard to depend on this store for everyday needs.
