- DBDavid Bartholomew-Price1 day ago3.0I guess they told the staff to up charge the customers for bags!!! The young lady asked me if I wanted a bag I said yes but obviously I needed one for the 54 something dollars I paid for food for 2… After I sat down I checked the receipt and she charged me for 3 bags!!! 😆 unnecessary tiny bags for the burritos they both busted though the bags. I didn’t know Qdoba was so expensive 🤦🏾♂️ I think I like chipotle more 🤷🏾♂️ Food was med. The shrimp looks nothing like it does in the picture 😂

(There was a bogo on entree this day) I ordered 3 bowels, a kids meal and a side of rice. Once I received the order and opened the bowls, I found that not one of them had rice in them nor was the side of rice included. I tried calling the location and the call would not go through. I waited until they open this morning to try again. The person that answered, unfortunately I didn't get his name, was super helpful. He immediately knew what order I was calling about and let me know that he had tried numerous times to get the driver to call me to let me know that they were out of rice. Needless to say, he did not. However, the gentleman I spoke with asked for my order number and refunded my card and sent me an email confirmation. I really appreciate the honesty and handling of the situation. Customer service was outstanding. And I must say, we did have to eat outlet bowls without the rice simply because we didn’t have anything else lol, it was still pretty tasty!!! Thanks again for the excellent customer service!!
