  Order will be ready at 8:49 my husband is still waiting at 9:35 definitely should’ve just got a refund an found something else to eat

  I received a notification on the website stating that my order was ready. I went to pick it up exactly on schedule, at 7:00 PM However, when I arrived, the cashier informed me that my order was not yet ready. I didn't say a word, but the young woman in the back—who was preparing the order—began shouting, even though I hadn't said anything to her; all I had mentioned was that I had received a notification stating that my order was ready. The food itself is good; however, when served by someone who treated me poorly, the entire experience—both the food and the service—becomes truly unpleasant and unworthy of the customers, as well as the establishment itself. I kindly request that you treat your customers with greater courtesy.

  Terrible experience. I’ve ordered from here several times before and never received the correct thing. I ordered wings and received boneless with no sauce.

  I ordered 12 traditional wings but was given boneless, the pizza I ordered DID NOT HAVE ANY SAUCE!!!
