But my complaint is the pizza came with just enough sauce to make the crust red and then half the pizza had very little cheese. I tried to eat it but it wasn't good. It was dry. I later decided to call and offer feedback and was told they wouldn't replace it because a slice was eaten. So they make a whole bad pizza where one slice is eaten and they won't replace it. Why? It's not like they were going to take the pizza back and fix it to give to someone else. Or would they? The truth is I wasn't even calling to ask for a replacement. By the time I called them to give feedback, I had already eaten a few more slices thinking I'd just deal with it. So I had no intention of asking for a replacement. But I was really disappointed at the response of the manager. That's poor customer service. The crazy part is I had already ordered another pizza for a friend before this one was delivered. If mine had arrived first I never would've ordered the second one. I'm big on customer service and this location completely missed the mark.
