  My delivery driver Dylan was fantastic! He was fast, professional and a cutie! I had To tip him at least $10 on top. The pizza was divine as well. I got epic stuffed crust with pepperoni and sausage, I tore it up!! If he made it then good job there too Dylan! The crust was perfect with the garlic sauce. Will be ordering again soon!

  As an UberEats Driver I’ve never seen such low levels of professionalism ever. At approximately 10:23pm on April 8th, 2026 I arrived at Papa John’s to pick up an order. but when I tried to go inside the lady with the gold Braids told me the store was closed. This is unacceptable considering the store hours on the door stated the business closed at 11pm. As you could imagine this severely affected me being as though I travelled a great distance to pick up a decent order only to have my time & gas wasted due to laziness from the employee inside. Not to mention my rating as driver goes down whenever I cancel an order. Myself & multiple other drivers had to cancel orders due to the negligence of the employee inside. I’m leaving this review as a concerned UberEats employee looking out for future drivers trying to do their jobs & this simply cannot happen.

  I put in an order on March 27th around 9:40pm, directly after leaving work that way all I had to do was pick it up and leave. 1 pizza. When I arrived at the location, the only employee that seemed to be on the clock was Ms. Kim Law. I waited patiently until she could help me. This was around 10pm. When she came to the counter, I told her I was there to pick up a order I made via phone. She then stated that there were no such orders and that only order she had at the time was a delivery. I was confused because I know I ordered there but she then told me that I might have the wrong store. I asked if I could transfer the order if it indeed was the incorrect store, but I was told no because they were two different franchises. I then called the number back that I ordered from to cancel the order in case it was the wrong store. The manager answers( not realizing it was her yet). I said " I would like to cancel my order" she said "it's canceled" I said "wow that was fast" then click. I called back again to try to resolve the issues as I sat in my car in front of the store. When the manager answered this time I soon realized that the whole time I was talking to Ms. Kim. I hung up, walked into the store and she said " so how can I help you?" I said I would like to reorder the order you canceled, the order you told me didn't exist here. She claimed she didn't say that and that I must have spoke with someone else. I asked to reorder, she told me no and that carry out was closed, and walked off. This was around 10:15pm to 10:20pm. To me, a simple call saying "hello sir I'm the only person in the kitchen and will not be able to fulfill your order in time before closing" would have sufficed. Not getting my food would have been fine is I didn't deal with sub par customer service, get ran around in circles, waste time and money just to leave with nothing.
