  I’ve come here prior to today and was pleased with the food! Today, I asked for my normal order; a toasted croissant with butter. I was told that it is considered a sandwich item since it was toasted and that the deli was not fulfilling orders at that time. I thought that was odd, but no worries. I asked if I could just get a croissant with butter then. Was told it wasn’t possible. Another worker came over and said I could just get a toasted croissant but that I would not be able to get butter. Like not even one of those lil packets of butter or a lick of butter in a small sauce container. I was confused because they just said that the toasting factor was the issue, not the butter. Since it was such a simple, uncomplicated order, I ended up thanking them, exiting, and getting a toasted croissant with butter at another bakery up the street (Kneads) with no problem. It seems like many businesses make simple things seem unreasonable and it’s disappointing.

  Visited for the first time last week while I’m in Baltimore and stumbled across it while looking for a place to get a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I love that everything is baked fresh daily. Customer service is good and the coffee was great. Overall, a great place to stop and get fresh bread or breakfast sandwich it’ll be one of my new go to spots when I visit Baltimore

  Day old focaccia, apricot coffee cake, and lemon blueberry scone were so good! Would recommend.

  Fresh and delicious. They were very busy when I went there so prepare yourself for that.

  Amazing service! Delicious products. I had a bagel, and got a loaf of Challah to go. They have a great selection and everything looked amazing. We will be back for sure!
