    I purchased a fish filet meal deal w/salad in lieu of fries. I opened the fish filet sandwich and the bun looked funny. Funny - this is not. The top bun is so hard you cannot pierce the skin with your finger. The filet itself not only is NOT HOT, BUT SOGGY. When I called the store (#20982), I spoke with Brittany who announced herself as manager. I explained to her that I was already clocked into work and couldn't leave my plant to return and now I had no lunch. I asked her (since I'm only 1/2 a mile away) if she could have someone bring me a fresh one. She stated she is the only one in the store that drives and said: "I don't know what you want me to do for you, ma'am". Then hung up the phone and would not answer when I tried call back.
