I always order using the app. I always have to check my order because 40% of the time, my order will be missing stuff or wrongly given. The workers like to add sugar or syrup into my latte when I chose plain latte. It is really annoying as their coffee is good but not everybody likes sweet coffee. The food is good, it is just that you have to check your order because half the time they messed up.
