  This is perhaps the worst McDonald's in the area. My and the wife decided to go here for lunch. The order was pretty simple fish fil meal medium coke and a double fish fil meal with no salt on the fries. Now mind you ita only 2 people in line per say and that lady already placed her order. 18 mins later the young lady me the order and told me that the unsalted fries were in the single bag. Now, we are already unset because it should not take 18 mins for any order, I don't care what the menue is. Sat down with the wife and what do you know, salt on the fries. I take the fries back and explain the young ladies mistake, and she swore that she handed me the right bag when it was not. I stated no, you handed me told me the unsalted fries were in the single bag. So I let her know that look, after 22 mins just give me a medium fry so I can eat my lunch. The crew leader jumps in and states that she is talking to her crew and no me, and I stated I was talking to your crew too, but now I am talking to you since you all sassy and in your feelings. How is it chaotic in here with 2 people? 24 mins have passed and I finally received my fries, but the rest of the food is cold. The staff is out of order, there customer service ia horrible, and I definitely recommend everyone NOT to support this McDonald's. Heed my words, DON'T GO! I also need to add that the white guy who took my order was nice and professional. He was the only one..

  The peeps were so nice. I went through the drive thru. The only problem I had was when I was asked what I ordered and told them, I still received the wrong sandwich. I only looked in the bag and the writing on the paper said bagel sandwich, but I wanted sausage and received bacon.. and had already pulled away. 😖

  Talia Johnson Service Was Exceptional!!! She is so pleasant such a beautiful smile, she actually entertained my kids while they were deciding exactly what they wanted off of the menu. SHE EVEN SANG US A SONG ! WE NEED WORKERS LIKE HER THAT UNDERSTAND THE TRUE DEFINITION OF WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOKS LIKE. I Don’t even live in the area But This Will Forever Be My Favorite McDonald’s As Long As She Is There

  This location is a go-to for me. They always serve me hot food, and the customer service is impeccable. An employee by the name of Talia was very helpful when my order was incorrect, she managed to collect my missing items, and I was also compensated for the inconvenience.
