  Bald girl in drive thru had bad customer service was definitely rude for no reason I was just picking up a DoorDash and you’re gonna roll your eyes at me

  Friendly staff and fast drive-thru service. The woman taking orders that greets you with a Happy Day of the week greeting is especially friendly. This will be my goto location from now on.

  Lot of people there behind the counter.but you only got 2 people working. The service is bad I get 30 minutes for lunch and it takes 30 minutes to get my food. There no excuse for this. Owner needs to fire everyone and get a whole new crew.And will go back next week to see if service got better if not I will contact McDonald’s headquarters because something needs to be done about this!!

  Went in tonight to order. The drive thru was packed. Young man. I'm assuming is new. Called a young woman over from drive thru to assist. Dark skinned young lady black sweat shirt took the order wrong. I got the wrong order. Bring to their attention. No big deal right? Wrong she comes read the order. Say no that's what I wrung up. Than turns to the manager MARIO says YOU HANDLED THAT SHIT I DONT HAVE TIME FOR IT & WENT BACK TO DRIVE THRU ORDERS. MARIO (THE manager) finally steps in & refunds my money . After 10mins of this young lady ACTUALLY ANGRY & DISRESPECTFUL over an incorrect order is insane. Your staff need to learn how to HANDLE DEALING WITH HUMANS. A ND UNDERSTAND MISTAKES ARENT THE END OF TBE WORLD. She's a human has parents hope her mom or any woman run into someone like her. Wonder be back here!!!!
