  Who's idea was it to put my diet coke in the bag without a cupholder? My doordash order arrived a mess because one of you thought it was logical to place a drink in a bag without a cupholder. I couldn't even eat my meal because it was soaked in diet coke. Also, my mCchicken had a ton of onions and my cheeseburger had no pickles. It is sad that people aren't capable of performing basic tasks. Whoever the franchise owner is needs to straighten out their little businesses.

  Horrible Service this morning at 6:32 am on 03/18/2026 the young man gave me my food it was cold my oatmeal was handed to me without a bag . I asked him for a bag for it he said can't I put it in the same bag with my other food I said no he didn't give me any napkins or straws I order the number 2 meal it was so cold I just drove off I was so pissed off.

  Nothing negative about this location but has anyone noticed that they have a handful of bread left over after eating a BIG MAC? fries overrated have become more bits and nibs over the years. Remember 29 cent hamburger and 39 cent cheeseburger?

  Busy outpost of McDonalds located in Parkville. Sandwiches were appropriate temperature and tasted good but were very sloppy in construction, including an egregious tartar sauce blob on a Filet o' Fish. Service was slow, including a lengthy gap between food being ready and drinks coming out - the lack of a self-serve fountain contributed to this gap. Drive thru appeared to be moving slower compared to McDonalds at McClean Boulevard and at Taylor Avenue. Dining room is oddly grim, with no customers choosing to eat meals in store during my (somewhat lengthy) wait for food. Overall, there are better arches if you need your fix.
