  First, I want to preface this review by saying, I attended an event in a private room with my Board, so we had a preset menu. While ordering our steaks, the server informed us that no one could order anything other than “medium” cooked. We were a bit appalled. Those of us with thinner cuts of meat had overcooked steak. The seafood soup to start with barely had any crab. Disappointing for sure. The broccolini that came with the steak tasted terrible. The mashed potatoes needed salt. The cocktails were OK. They probably should have had more than one server for a group our size (20+) people. We had booked the room and set menu a few months prior, so they had notice. My colleague who picked the chicken option was disappointed as her food was pretty bland. She did not finish her meal. My colleagues who had thicker cuts of steak had better meal experiences as their “medium” cook preparation came out a bit more medium rare. I’m surprised that a restaurant known for steaks would tell us on arrival that they could only cook our steaks medium. While there may be nice views of the harbor while dining in the normal restaurant, our private room was in the middle of the restaurant. The sound acoustics were terrible. They should consider installing some panels to absorb the sound. With only 22 or so people, we could barely hear conversations at each table. If I return to Baltimore, I will not return to this restaurant. Pro: easy walking distance from our hotel Con: would not recommend for a private dining event

  Went here for my Birthday everyone was on time for the reservation, but some how everyone's food was cold after waiting over an hour for the food. Even got charged for for going over my 2hr parking limit due to waiting over a 1hr for cold food... never going back to the inner harbor of Baltimore.

  Michael was our server and he was a blast. He knew so much about the city and helped us have an enjoyable night. The food was fantastic and the ambiance in the place really made it cozy.

  I wouldn't recommend at all!!! They were completely under staffed but the food was absolutely trash! We went for taco Tuesday and they were horrible! It looks like this place is on it's last leg. Also we sat at the bar and not once did the bartender ask if we wanted or needed anything. We were literally the only ones at the bar so this was very weird. Overall I'm sure being short staffed was tuff but customer service is a big thing since the food was so bad

  The manager Lou was very nice and accommodating. The staff was amazing, from the first steps in the door, we were well greeted and we had the most beautiful view of the harbor. I would come back to this location anytime I'm in Baltimore.
