  I understand that lunch hour can get busy but PLEASE READ the order before making a sandwich. I had customized my sandwich and the person added whatever I took out. My order was completely wrong.

  I have tried to give this Jimmy John’s a chance, but I am done after tonight. Pickup order never made, so waited a long time (no other customers) & finally get my turkey sub (took 2 people 7 minutes to make). Get home & guess what….the sandwich is toppings only. Not one piece of turkey in sight. I’ll stick to Dunkin & bless the young lady over there at night having to bail them out at JJ’s. Update: they just charged me AGAIN for this sandwich. So while I did have a refund, I do not anymore.

  Horrible customer service whoever is there answering the phone needs to be fired! They will never get my money again!!!!!

  Don't ever come around 1130-1pm everyday they know it's a rush and everyday two people behind the counter....just avoid if you don't want to spend 15 minutes waiting
