  Friday, March 13th, my husband and I had a very disappointing experience with the evening staff at this location. I’ve ordered from here many times before and have never had any issues, which made this visit particularly surprising. The employees working that evening were individuals I had not seen before, and the overall atmosphere in the store felt very unprofessional. Staff members were wearing Kanye West merchandise (which caught us off guard) and playing loud music that did not seem appropriate for a customer-facing environment. When we walked in, it felt less like we were being welcomed and more like our presence was an inconvenience to the staff. To make matters worse, our order was incorrect. We ordered two #16 sandwiches but arrived home to find that we were given two Hot Italian subs instead. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional compared to the service I’ve previously received at this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this does not reflect the level of service I would expect from this store

  Never, EVER, order through the app. Either pick it up yourself or use Uber Eats. Food arrived cold when it was ordered toasted and hot. Customer service was rude and LIED about delivery driver showing up at a specific time. Delivery driver was late by 30 minutes. Driver was NOT an employee. Food is good generally; this time it met basic standards. Service is trash.

  My sandwich only had one slice of turkey per half of sandwich! Paid $15 for 4 slices of turkey in my sandwich!!

  Sandwiches are always made to perfection. Other than adding a separate line for picking up online orders nothing need to be changed.
