- CCCPApr 12, 20261.0Never posted a review before but I wanted the owner to be aware of poor service their place is providing. The cashier was extremely rude and wait time was excessive. After 22 minutes of waiting I asked the server where we were in the queue. She directed me to cashier and after asking him the same question he threw his sharpie in the air and walked to walked to the back without verbally responding. When he returned he said they were working on it. I asked how long so I could determine if I could make my flight, he responded that they don’t give estimates. I would also note he was a wearing a “In Glock we Trust” hoodie which isn’t a good look for an airport restaurant or any customer facing business. When the smoothies finally arrived after 30 minutes the order was wrong.

Jalisa made getting my favorite smoothie (white gummy) a smooth experience. The service was tremendous! She took her time and took care of me even though so much was going on in the airport. Thank you Jalisa!

As I approached the gentleman working immediately got my attention to let me know that the menu options were limited to a list on the counter and the size of medium. He asked if that was ok with me. I tried an option on the available list rather than something else I may have chosen. The lady who gave me my drink seemed polite as well. I tried razzmatazz which was refreshing. I felt that the price was reasonable.
