  I went to the pharmacy for a printout. There were no other customers waiting in line, neither of the cashiers wanted to wait on me they both kept saying I didn't call you... I'm not sure what their job is then? I fill out the form and it's given to the pharmacist who says 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes or more later I go and ask how much longer and the pharmacist said that she gave it to the other cashier a while ago. She just left it laying and went on break. Trifling is just too nice of a word. It's absolutely beyond reprehensible.

  Do not use the pharmacy here. The pharmacy here is run by incompetent and rude people. I was in this week to pick up a prescription. Lady at the counter told me to wait a few minutes. I let her know I was going to do some general shopping and be back. I came back a couple minutes later. I let her know I was back. She told me it's still not ready. Mind you, this is prefilled antibiotics in a box, no pill bottle to fill. I wait patiently. My wife comes in after another 15 minutes of waiting. Asks the man behind the counter who actually prepares it if it was ready. He says yes and lets her know that it was ready a while back. I then go to pay for it and ask politely why I wasn't notified. She said it was just ready now. Now, to protect his coworker, the man behind the counter tells us that it was just ready now, but to my wife before he clearly said that it was ready earlier and she just did not take it. Instead of owning up to her mistake, she yells at us and defends herself. Then, I go to hand her the copay. I put the bill down on the counter as I'm a religious jew and she knows this. She rudely says something to the effect of: I don't take money from counters and refuses to accept it from me unless I put it directly in her hand. My wife is agitated and upset. I just tell her to let it go, and we do.

  You know I go in that Giants and I always have laughs with the deli lady. The gentleman at the door the security guy young man the staff I feel like family when I come in there Even the cashiers. We laugh and enjoy each other's presence. I know they're at work but I feel like I'm coming home. And the family is just catering to my needs like I just got out the hospital I just came home from a long trip or something on vacation or a family reunion every time I come in there and I just enjoyed myself and I enjoy the people and even though I come there to shop for my needs. I look forward to coming to your Giants on reisterstown road at the shopping center. I don't know everybody's names but I even told this manager I want this guy wrote up and she said what did he do I say he stopped what he was doing to try to help me. And we laughed but I really enjoy coming to your store
