- DGDJ Dr. G.Apr 8, 20261.0I want to complain about the pepsi Guy because he doesn't put enough Pepsi Zero on the shelf. There's not enough 2 liters, there is never any 1 liters of Pepsi Zero on the shelf. At the Pikesville Location, there's always 1 liter of Pepsi Zero. I knew a man who use to work for pepsi and he told me that they make comission on these sodas. It must be true. Also, for 2 weeks, they haven't had any 20 oz. Pepsi Zero available. This is my 4 Time complaining about this and nothing is being done. Appearently, I'm being ignored.

I went in to order my son cake for his BIRTHDAY and the guy with the locs who runs the bakery has a real NASTY attitude! Not only that he messed my son’s birthday cake so I left empty handed ! Although the store manager and Marion and Customer services rep Felicia tried to make the situation better which their customer service was top tier, the harm was already done. I wanted what I had PAID for, which was due at the time the order was placed ! Instead of when the cake was done so I know the order was CORRECT which it wasn’t! I would have given this no stars if it was an option I will never come back to this market for a cake to be made again ! I’ve learned my lesson !

She need some recognition gift card or something we had small talk her birthday is 3/9. My is 3/10 she needs something for that!! Please do right by here and make her day like did mine just the small things matter!!! Its was the thought of it!!!! She had glasses and long braids

Management may want to address this to ensure a better experience for everyone.
