  Everyone who gets their prescriptions filled here, before you leave the counter, CHECK YOUR MEDICATIONS. I have a note in my profile that says due to my disease I can only take certain manufacturers for one of my medications. The pharmacist gave me one of the manufacturers that I absolutely can not take. If I take it I will be in the hospital. Luckily I did his job for him and noticed it. The “floater” needs to go back to training school again. I think that Giant needs better software. So when someone with an issue like mine when they pull my profile up my issue should be in big bold letters so that it’s not missed again. The next person possibly won’t be as nice as I was. Please fix this. It’s not something to pass by.

  Giant food is terrible there was a data breach and they waited 7 months to tell employees all their information was hacked

  I went to return my cart after deciding not to buy anything and accidentally pushed it back through the entrance, forgetting that the wheels lock when you go through that door. I said out loud that I had forgotten about the lock as a security guard approached. While I was slightly lifting the cart to move it out of the doorway, she repeatedly yelled that she was trying to unlock it. I already understood what was happening, but the way she kept yelling was unnecessary and uncomfortable. Eventually I responded because I was frustrated by how the situation was being handled. I’ve worked in retail for years and usually stay very patient in situations like this, but the reaction felt completely over the top. There was no reason for it to escalate like that.

  Your self-checkout security system has become incredibly frustrating. It was already difficult when the weight sensors required items to be placed perfectly, and nothing could be adjusted once it was in the bag without triggering an alert. Now, with what feels like every small movement being monitored, the experience has become even more stressful. Instead of making checkout faster and more convenient, it feels overly restrictive and intrusive. I understand the need to prevent theft, but the system shouldn’t make regular customers feel uncomfortable while simply trying to pay for their items. I’m honestly considering shopping elsewhere, even though this location is very convenient for me. The checkout process should make things easier, not more aggravating.
