I’ve had encountered a bad experience with 1 of their female managers before at the customer service desk and because of Ryan’s kindness, I was able to move past that. I frequent that grocery store and no matter what kind of day that I’m having, I’m always happy when I see him. He’s truly an ENTREPRENEUR & I pray that Giant recognizes what they have with him because his customer service skills goes above and beyond! Not just 1 day but EVERY day that I enter that building and see him he’s ALWAYS made himself available to help someone or at least acknowledge them to let them know that he will be there to help after helping someone else! Thank you Ryan! If no one else appreciates you, Know that I appreciate all that you’ve done and do each and every time.

No one has a clue about the ordering system. Needless to say, I had to get a standard cake from the freezer with icing she can't eat.

I’ve found mold on several fruits, and others were overly ripe and not really edible. I would definitely recommend checking produce carefully before purchasing. On the positive side, they are usually well stocked, which hasn’t been the case at some other stores lately. The store is kept clean, and the staff are polite and helpful. While the prices are high and the fruit quality can be inconsistent, overall it’s still a decent store to shop at.
