- TLtyrell laytonMar 4, 20263.0I ordered food on a Monday, when I got home a sandwich was not in the bag,so I call and I talked to a manager, let's just say her name is E,so she apologize asked me when can I come back there, I said not that day because I live about 15 minutes away driving without traffic, so she said she'll replace the order, when I come back, just tell you talked to me and the order number, okay cool. I goes in today and now I'm greeted as I come in the door, on how many patties am I getting, unbelievable. So I talked to the short General manager, because she had to let me know she was the General manager ok ,I told her what happened and what was said with the manager name E, the manager said I need to call her and made me wait while she changed the caramel and took 7 other orders ,okay no problem, after she confirmed with the other manager took the order and when it was ready she kind of threw it on the counter and she said, Sir can you make sure all your food is there in a very nasty tone,so thank you miserable General manager, I don't half to support your store again plus I can hear very well, I heard you talking about it with the other coworkers. I could be ignorant but I things going on in my life, we all do but you would not know it if I didn't say anything. Thank you again, sincerely unfazed customer.

She watches them as well as teaches them. The thing I liked most is the fact that she gave them praise for whatever good job they did. She was multi tasking as well. The food was good and location was clean.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
