Eventually Out of Impatience I Drove Up To The Pick Up Window To See What Was Going On And Was Told By An Employee That They Were “Closed Early For Cleaning” and “You Can’t Get A Refund Here”. The Employees Could Have Told Us They Were Closed When They Walked Pass Us Instead of Letting Us Sit In The Drive Thru For 20 Minutes. I Politely Asked 2 Different Employees How To Get a Refund At The Window And Could Not Get A Solid Answer. Needs Better Management and Hopefully I Can Get A Refund!
