Came thru drive thru 2/7/26 and the food was cold and we didn’t even get 1/4 of our food. And took 25 min just to get our order because they don’t have anyone working who gives a damn.

Every time I or my child visits this Wendy store, the manager is rude. I had a Keychain for a frosty but she won't honor my frosty unless I buy meal. I came in to wash my hands before ordering, but she keeps the bathroom locked and refuses to let me wash my hands until I bought my meal first. I had to handle my money and food with dirty hands. Then she unlocked the door. My son said he was with friends and she refused to serve them because of other kids that came. She's refusing to serve customers. She's a short lady with glasses. Very RUDE AND SAID SHE IS THE MANAGER NOW WHAT
