Probably in hopes that you will not dispute the order. Today I was not feeling well and placed an order directly through the Wendy’s site thinking that may yield better results. Once my husband picked up the order and brought it home, I realized that I had still received the wrong order. Like an adult and Manager myself, I figured that this could be rectified by going to the store and speaking with the manager on duty who wasted no time coming to the window swinging her blue braids to tell me that she couldn’t do anything about me receiving the wrong order and I needed to go back online. She barely gave me time to explain why I was there. I like Wendy’s, this is the only one in my immediate area and it saddens me that I will no longer be able to eat here because of horrible management and constantly paying extra for a specialty order that I never receive.
