  DO NOT CREATE AN ORDER ONLINE THROUGH THE TROPICAL CAFE APP!! THEY WILL NOT REFUND you your MONEY even if you did not receive your order. They will ask you to come in person to speak to a manger the next day in order to receive a refund even when it was done online. I also waited two hours to receive half of my order.

  the tropical smoothie app randomly decided to place my order at this location, hundreds of miles away from me, instead of locally. when i contacted this shop asking for a refund, they said i needed to contact customer service. when i look up how to do that, tropical smoothie says to contact the specific location. either tropical smoothie instructs their workers to come up with a convoluted refund process, or this specific location just decided that they did not want to go through the effort of refunding me.

  We came here everyday when my husband was going through treatment for a bone marrow transplant at JH. The owner was always so kind and asking how my husband was doing during my daily visit to purchase his smoothie. I’m not one to leave reviews, but the service here was excellent and in the process of becoming a temporary regular (out-of-staters), we also made a new friend. 10/10!!! Great smoothies and food were a huge bonus with the wonderful service.
