They have a vast menu for just being a smoothie Café. Smoothies these days are expensive, but I thought it was worth it. I got one with P protein because I had just done hot yoga.

I was told by an employee at this tropical smoothie location that I should get the app as I would get a free smoothie after my first purchase. I was stoked about that and got the app and when I never received an email about my free smoothie, I went back in to this location and was told oh the free smoothie code would show up in the app. Never happened. I went back in today to speak with the manager and she told me straight up that she couldn’t do anything without a code and told me I should have gotten an email. I told her the same information I wrote about above as well as relayed where I work, we acknowledge customer frustrations and make the moment right. I’m very careful where I spend my money because I don’t make a lot and it was really upsetting that I was straight up lied to especially after having great experiences prior. I won’t be returning to this location or using the app going forward. Please educate your staff on communicating promotions and deals clearly because I feel really misled
