  .The service received at my company event was truly exceptional. We had the pleasure of having Vesta, Jazmyne, and Mia take care of our group of 54, and they went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt genuinely cared for and well attended to throughout the evening. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and welcoming energy did not go unnoticed and made a lasting impression on our guests. I would also like to extend a sincere thank you to Bambi for assisting us with the planning of the event. Her support, coordination, and attention to detail helped ensure everything came together seamlessly. Please continue to recognize and praise this outstanding team—they played a significant role in making our event such a success.

  me and my boyfriend took my nephews here and I’m not usually the type to write a bad review but this specific experience bothered me considering we have all been to other top golf places. our server was really nice, and it was pretty busy in there especially because it’s a Saturday so i understand time can take a little longer for things but we paid for 2 hours of play time and realistically got a good solid hour maybe hour and 15 mins of play time.. when she approached us she asked if we needed left handed clubs and we did so my boyfriend set the game up while we waited and time kept passing and then 15 mins had went by and we asked another person for the clubs and he said they were bringing them. finally our server comes back, no clubs with her and asks if we wanted to put food in we of course wanted to but needed the clubs first so we asked again and she had forgotten so she left again and another maybe 10 mins pass still no clubs, and then finally 30 full mins has passed that we haven’t gotten to play and she comes back with the clubs we asked if the time could be restarted she said it wouldn’t be guaranteed but she could check or a discount could be applied. Cool so we order our food and finally start playing and then our machine messes up - it had ran out of golf balls so that was probably another 10-15 mins of play time lost. So about 45 mins of the 2 hours we paid for was consisted of us sitting down. Our food was brought out by a food runner I’m assuming - the food came out really quick and was good but our server never came and checked back for probably 20 mins and we needed refills. We finally just asked for the check, and no extra time was given to us and they only took $10 off after we almost went a full hour without play time and we paid $70 an hour… I’m one for second chances so I’m not saying I’d never come back but my personal experience wasn’t great.

  We hosted a client meeting at Top Golf Baltimore, and the service and experience was excellent. Special thanks to planner Bambi, manager Justin, bartender John, and servers Linda, Jasmine, Clarence, and Kyle!

  Every time we come we have an amazing experience! Our server is always the best we have had Bria the times we have visit and she is amazing! She is the best!!! Thank you Bria 🤍

  Top Golf was beyond phenomenal today for me and my group!! It was very very cheap for our 90 minutes. Due to the cold weather we all paid about 6 dollars a person! I didn't try any of the food, but my friend Maddox said that his burger was amazing. I did steal some of his fries, and those were pretty good indeed. I've been to this location 3 times now, and never had a horrible experience. Today was 10/10. Forgot the workers name who was helping us, but she was awesome! The golf was also an amazing experience. I always love a good driving session. Still yet to hit one over that net tho. One day....
