Avoid. Don't follow GPS, park in Horseshoe Casio lot (free if they scan your ticket). Empty on a Friday night. High top tables/chairs, no heated couches like other Top Golf locations. Slow service but lots of staff standing around. Mediocre food. Very loud & frequent train (screeching noises & horn).

Very unprofessional staff. Machine was broken at the bay and the staff ignored us by serving neighboring tables for 30 minutes. Then charged us a higher price at check-out. Asked for a refund and hasn't heard back anything for almost 2 months!

Corporate Businesses BEWARE!! My company used this (and other TopGolf) location a number of times for both internal and external events. Generally, a good time was had by all. The food was decent; the service was decent. Until our last visit back in late September where we were charged double for our food order. With a history in the service industry, and having worked as a server before, these sorts of things happen, and are easily amended. Unless...you're dealing with a Company like TopGolf who is practically impossible to get ahold of. I left repeated voicemails, sent emails to Corporate, I even reached out to a Sales Rep who I had worked with on a previous order. I have received no responses at all. The bill is a measly $500, but it is the B2B relationship that becomes unnecessarily compromised. I will also be continuing to spread the word that TopGolf is an unfavorable choice for corporate events.

Really a poor experience.
Service was the worst I have ever had. Asked three waitresses for a beer before we got any attention.
Parking was impossible at this time as there is construction, but this area in general is a disaster to drive around. Signage was “okay” until you got close and then we called three times to talk to someone only to find out we had to park at the casino, which was fine but there was no indication of that once you got close.

First, a quick heads-up — my GPS originally took us to the wrong side, behind Top Golf, which doesn’t have access to the location. Be sure to park at the Horseshoe Casino on the second floor. Parking is free, even if there’s an event going on at the casino. The spot can be a little tricky to find, and there’s still some ongoing construction in the area, so hopefully that’s cleared up soon!
Second, note that making a reservation costs more than just walking in, though it does guarantee your spot (this wasn’t mentioned before). Only 6 players per spot too.
Third, they serve bar-style food. I’d recommend eating beforehand — I had the nachos and didn’t feel great afterward.
Also, consider ordering your drinks early. They seemed short-staffed, and service was a bit slow. We had to remind our waitress a few times about our drink orders. This was on a Saturday afternoon too.
That said, the game itself was a lot of fun, and the location right on the water makes it a great spot to play. I’d definitely go back for the experience — just with a few adjustments next time!
