    Terrible service , they sat us down to then move us and the waitress had said something to my friend and I asked what she said & she told me “ I wasn’t talking to you “ ! Which is crazy to say while on the clock “ Every time gratuity is included I feel the service is never great at these tik tok places! They took forever to bring a bottle of champagne and the food was mid . The only thing good was the DJ /music.

    DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY HERE! It was my friend's birthday and we went recently for a brunch event. The event started at 12pm and by after 3pm we had not received any of the food we ordered after checking in several times. This is not OK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Giving people alcohol for 3 hours with no food, not even a complimentary piece of bread is a liability. I would recommend this as a bar only but do not hold your breath on food. I know people have had good experiences here and the management was very apologetic but this really put a bad taste in our mouth.

    Had a reservation for 7:15p already started off bad the menu was nowhere near what was on their website, the tables are so close together surprised we didn’t get sick, but as early as it was they ran out of steak and that’s what I went for, the SERVICE SUCKED, he never came to the table to check on us we literally had to flag him down, and the bill already includes the tip? When your waiter sucks regardless of the occasion the tip should never be included his tip was more than my food and if it was up to me he would’ve gotten nothing, will not be back especially if you’re known for being busy and you’re running out of food I can see why everyone started leaving last night no food and terrible service. And the only good thing I ate was the little bread that came with my food.

    Ordered delivery. The order included oysters on the half shell. The menu online when ordering clearly states the oysters are served on shave ice (see pictures), which makes sense to keep them fresh. When the order arrived they were in a pizza box (see pictures, note after oysters were removed from box). The order took 50 minutes to be delivered after pickup. That's 50 minutes for them to get to room temperature. By the time we got them they tasted and smelled bad.

    We went in last Saturday. Got there and the music was so loud we asked to sit in another room, but our waiter told us that another table had complained too so they were turning it down; instead they turned it off so we sat in silence for 10 or 15 minutes. Granted I think our waiter was the only one working the dining room while we were there, (there were at least a bartender and a DJ as well), but drinks were crazy slow and made wrong- a pink old fashioned full of grenadine?!? I tried to order a glass of prosecco because it was on the menu, our waiter came back the first time and told me it wasn't available in glasses even though it said so right on the menu, then he went to talk to somebody and came back and said, Oh sorry, that was a mistake, then he came back a third time and said never mind no it's a misprint we don't have it, I said forget it I don't need any other drinks then. The entire dinner was peppered with my husband having to get up and let people in because the door was stuck and none of the staff seemed bothered. We were watching out the window as people struggled and got frustrated and started to leave. The other three members of our party were at least somewhat satisfied with their food, mine was disgusting. Very disappointed, I'd always thought this place looked so pretty and wanted to go, I would certainly never ever go back or recommend it to anybody
