  This store is awesome. I placed an order through the app, but I had selected the wrong location. After I got off work and even though it was almost 7 hours later, I went to this store and explained what happened. The young man, Jonathan, took great care of me and got me my order.

  My first time being at the updated location.. like 3:55am right before they were closing. The food was on point and APRIL was an angel. Great service and fast food.

  My review is solely based on the cleanliness of the employees in health and sanitation. I didn't purchase anything at this location I only use the restroom and what I saw disgusted me. While I was using the restroom one of their employees also came into the restroom to use it. After the employee use the restroom they immediately walked out the bathroom without washing their hands. I spoke to a staff member and asked them that one of the employees just use the restroom she said yes and then I explained to her that that employee did not wash their hands she undermined it what I said and told me she sure that they didn't do that when I told her what I saw. I also spoke it out in front of the manager the manager was busy doing something on his phone and he act like he didn't even care. I would advise anybody that eats at this location and make sure employees wash their hands and use gloves at all times because that is very filthy and disgusting and people are getting sick and dying behind foodborne illness.

  Food here is as expected if not better than most of the locations in the area. Everything we ordered was there and all very well made. That's where the glowing end I'm afraid. It took something like 20 or 30 minutes of sitting in the drive through to get our order which was ordered via mobile so it should have been even easier. Now TB is a popular place on a Friday night but I have seen the line at this location out into the street before the renovations and it NEVER took this long . I'm not sure if they hired all brand new workers or what the speed of service here is absurd. This is a FAST FOOD place. To make people wait longer than the time it would take to go to an actual Taco place is absolutely insane Taco Bell. Something should definitely be done to help this store while it's still new.

  Don’t serve breakfast, WHY!? Grand opening and the store is already dirty, and the wait time if you order inside is awful. I love Taco Bell but this one SUCKS! Spend all that money on a remodel and the staff and service is horrible.
