You don't even ever get to talk to a human except for 1 minute when you pull up to the drive-thru window, but when you pick up your food, you don't get to talk to anybody. I guess some old school but I sure do like that human interface and not all this AI stuff or security stuff.

They get our order completely right pretty much every single time. We are both vegetarian, so we make many substitutions every time we order, but it’s never a problem. They’re prompt and friendly, too. Fast food (especially late at night) is a tough job and I’ve always been very impressed with them.
