  I want to say Jasmiya was a wonderful delight, showing professionalism and kindness to me while order at the drive thru. I don’t eat out often, but when I do it always seem like the workers have woke up on the wrong side of the bed. This was a refreshing change 😊. Thank you again, Jasmiya

  This Taco Bell is absolutely disgusting and horribly managed. The store is dirty, and the prep counter was surrounded by trash instead of being cleaned. Watching food be prepared in those conditions was disturbing. If cleanliness matters at all to you, avoid this place.Customer service is intentionally bad. If you’re picking up an order, be prepared to be ignored. I waited nearly 40 minutes for my food with no explanation while staff acted like customers were an inconvenience. The biggest problem is the management. The manager, Gloria, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I personally heard her cussing at her own employees, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment. On top of that, staff were talking trash about customers at the drive-thru window, which is completely unacceptable.What made this experience even worse was the discrimination. I was ignored and treated differently because I have an accent, which felt blatantly racist. Another manager also dismissed and ignored me for the same reason. No one should be treated that way for how they speak.This location is dirty, hostile, unprofessional, and discriminatory, and it starts with management. Gloria should not be managing anyone if this is how she treats employees and customers. I would strongly not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone unless you want to waste your time and be disrespected.

  Because of the language barrier, I can only place an order online and then take the food through the lane. The staff has prepared the food, but they deliberately do not give it to me and insist that I go through the lane again. I went through the lane because of my language barrier.As a result, I was forced to cancel the order.

  So, I try to leave more positive reviews rather than a negative one. You be the guess of this one. My kids love taco bell. Sometimes their orders are great and other times, not so much. I definitely did not appreciate my son having to eat a soggy hard shell within the 3 minutes of receiving them. He was only able to consume 1 good taco before the others got soggy and fell apart. I get it, the sauce will eventually soften the taco but it should not happen that fast. I have had many hard tacos that held up longer.
