They ask what the name on our order is over three times??? Then we get our food (and it’s cold). No apology either. Very bummed. :(

Using the app is so easy and so I encourage anybody that reads this go ahead and dives into the realm of apps being a positive thing. Hopefully you'll try it out and then I hopefully hear about everything else... I just had to erase a thing where it said go to bed because that's not what I said. Overall every time I go to Taco Bell this is where I go and it always delivers on the Taco Bell promise, lol.

I forgot to pick which sauce I wanted when I ordered it and they put 1 of each without even asking. Normally the boxes are busting open but this was perfectly sealed and had plenty of napkins. Great work!!!!! The worker at the drive thru window was also very kind.

And when told servers that i cant use screen,they laugh and look at each other with a smirk.
