    picked up my order at back river neck location at 12pm today on 1/6/26 and there was a hair in my food stuck between the meat. i also noticed the lady that made my sub had no hair net on or hat? my hair is blonde and that’s clearly a brown or darker colored hair. when i tried getting it out it was toasted into the sub and the hair snapped. i’m so disappointed bc i work near by and picked up on my break and was unable to bring it back for a remade sandwich

    There is a girl who works on sandwich orders. She is a disrespectful and unclean person. She put her finger in her nose before making the sandwich. She does not wear anything on her hand. It is very bad. She does not respect the customer and yells in his face. She is very, very bad and disrespectful. This girl must be held accountable. She is a very disgusting person and disrespectful to customers. She was insulting customers and a customer was turned away in front of me. Then she left the place and departed. She must be held accountable.
