Came in today, told the lady I was using the bathroom and then gonna order. She didn’t give me the key at first so I assumed someone was in there. Then while ordering I felt like I was bothering her any time I asked for something or told her I didn’t want something. Didn’t ask me if I wanted it toasted just did it anyway (I hate toasted bread it’s hard and crunchy) she also put bbq sauce on a honey mustard chicken sandwich, thankfully it was still good.

We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and the staff had a noticeably bad attitude from the moment we walked in. They were passive-aggressive while making our food, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. We understand it was close to closing time, but that’s no excuse for poor service. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect, especially as paying customers. We left feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied. Definitely not the kind of experience we expect from Subway.
