- MJMi'Yarnie JohnsonNov 12, 20241.0Hair in food and Unprofessional: I returned half of an uneaten veggie and egg sub because I found straight long hair on it (2 pieces). I did not bite it. I noticed the hair sticking out of the sub before eating it. I went back to the referenced Subway location where the purchase was made, to have the half of a sub replaced or to have a refund. The woman there (she is short and middle aged) yelled at me and said that the hair did not belong to her. She also said that the hair was my hair. (My hair is not straight or long). She argued continued to raise ger voice to me accusing me of planting hair in the sub (which I explained I did not do). I was tried my best to be polite and professional about the situation. However, because she chose to be argumentative about the situation, I told her I did not appreciate the way she was speaking or her accusations. She dismissed everything I said and continued to argue. This is not the first time she has yelled at me. Nor is this the first time she has yelled at anyone else. I have witnessed her yelling at her employees as well. I'm posting a complaint to have this situation corrected. I would like for her to be disciplined for her unprofessional behavior toward customers and her own staff. I often go to this location weekly. However, until this situation is corrected, I will no longer do business at this location.
