I called when I arrived for pickup, and even though my order was confirmed as ready, it still took far too long for anyone to bring it out. Ariyonna E. was kind when she delivered it, but when I drove 30 minutes home, I discovered that about 40% of my order was missing. I called the store several times, no answer, no call back. I drove all the way back, calling again as I walked in, and the phone was still just ringing at customer service. Janet A. was at the desk with a completely dismissive attitude and showed no concern for the situation. I asked for a manager (Joan C., I believe), and even she didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue or hearing my concerns. A cashier, not customer service or management, finally helped me and found my missing items sitting in the refrigerator and gave me everyones name. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I will also be contacting corporate because customers should not have to chase down staff, deal with rude attitudes, or make a second trip just to receive what they already paid for.

After going in for a quick trip for a coffee at the cafe With Google hours saying it was open and ask an employee if the Starbucks is open, she rolls her eyes at me And says do I have eyes and do I see lights on? Along with Follow me around the store as I grab A couple essentials Proceeded to put my stuff back And head over to Harris Teeter Where customer service is actually a thing do not recommend this store at all

Instead of making it difficult to get paper bags at self check out they should maybe just hire more cashiers if they’re worried about theft.
